Our standard size press is made from 12x12” quarter inch thick carbon steel mounted on a 1.5” tall frame.  The press is designed to sit on top of an open flame burner to get to the perfect temperature to press and cook delicious flour tortillas in about ONE MINUTE!
 
Pressing and cooking at the same time eliminates the need to roll out your tortillas, and negates the snap back of the gluten formed springiness of the flour!
